1. Our store only provides flower delivery service in Hong Kong.

2. All prices are shown in Hong Kong dollars.

3. Our store will confirm the order via WhatsApp on the same day after receiving the order. Please notice us if you didn't receive it.

4. Floral works are all hand-made by florists, and each finished product is unique. The placement of flowers may be slightly different from the position shown in the picture.

5. The pictures on this website may have colour differences between the product pictures and the actual product due to issues such as material batches, shooting lighting, and color differences on different monitors, the real object prevails.

6. Flower arrangements may vary due to seasonal availability.

7. No refund nor exchange will be arranged after placing the order.
